• Service duration for events at The Lounge Restaurant is limited to 6 hours; package menu prices are not applicable for events lasting more than 4 hours.

• Events must end before 02:00 hours. The volume of the music is lowered after 00:00 hours for the comfort of our house guests. 

• The Lounge Restaurant is responsible for the menu and venue setup agreed upon with the event host. Additional services such as DJ, sound system, special lighting, photography, videography, and decorations are organized by the event host.

• If the event host wishes to cancel or reschedule the event for any reason less than 30 days before the event date, the deposit will not be refunded.

• The Lounge Restaurant prepares contracts for all our events, which are legally binding agreements. On the day of signing the contract, 50% of the total payment is collected as a deposit. The remaining amount is collected on the day of the event before it begins.

• If the number of guests exceeds the quantity specified in the contract, additional charges will be applied based on a per-person rate.

• If the event host has additional requests such as drone filming, obtaining the necessary permits for these requests is the responsibility of the event host.
